A couple of weeks prior, I went by Bluestone Lane Cafes on the upper east side for informal breakfast. The zucchini bread there was mind blowing (as was everything else) and I've been propelled to make my very own roll following the time when then!
This bread is delicate, clammy, tasty (I very prescribe keeping the walnuts and not precluding the discretionary fixing) and both delectable and lovely!
